Here's some of the amazing work my clients and I have done together.
"With Kathleen, we worked on a number of issues that were impacting my determination to reach my goals and be successful. With Kathleen, we worked towards individual goals as well as with limiting beliefs such as fear of success, feeling inadequate and judging myself harshly. Kathleen helped me get a clearer picture of my future, re-define my goals, self-reflect, raise my awareness, discard older goals that were no longer relevant, build my confidence and develop a few methods to fight against my limiting beliefs. Kathleen was a brilliant companion along my journey that helped me realise that I’m able enough to make that journey on my own and be able to enjoy it." -Eleni Angeloussi, Playwright

"Kathleen has been a supportive coach from the start of our series of sessions together. She is open-minded, optimistic and has a great sense of humour. She always ensured she’s providing a safe space to talk, and therefore I felt confident discussing my goals and beliefs with her. She really helped me to go though a change of personal beliefs which were not doing me any good, although a very intangible goal, he understood from the start where I wanted to go and kept me on track throughout the sessions. Despite, keeping me on track with my bigger goal, Kathleen was also very flexible coach and was able to adapt to my needs in every single session.
Thank you Kathleen, for you patience with me, your professionalism and for helping me go though that mindset change that I so needed." -Lusine Magakin, Founder, Fitin Skills

"Kathleen helped me to discover the real root core of my challenges and how I could personally take realistic steps to address and combat what has been holding me back from being a happier and more confident person. Kathleen has a very calm and professional approach. I instantly trusted her and to my own surprise felt at ease to talk and share with her openly. I have no hesitation to book more sessions. Thanks Kathleen."

"The goals I have set have all been achieved because of Kathleen’s Coaching services. For me, I need structure, I have achieved my goals because Kathleen has supported me to gain structure. I have had a big realisation that I actually work in levels and I have noticed that as soon as I have achieved one goal, the next one is already in the thinking and planning stages. Since our Coaching sessions I have realised this and this has increased my energy levels to even higher levels. I personally loved Kathleen’s Coaching style because of her energy, her ability to always help me to recognise my strengths when setting a particular goal and always stretching and challenging me to achieve more. I find Kathleen incredibly thorough and consistent throughout all sessions and I would highly recommend her to anyone for Coaching. I have moved forward in various areas of my life and this is thanks to Kathleen."

"Working with Kathleen has been a joy. I am naturally a creative person and can sometimes get caught up in my imagination. This can be to my detriment sometimes, especially when it comes to logic and setting tangible goals. Kathleen has a way of bringing the structure and practicalities into our coaching sessions which is what I really needed. Kathleen stretched me in such a comfortably challenging way, that she drew out ideas that I had inside of me that I didn’t realise were even there!! She had the ability to do this effortlessly during every lesson, in fact each session just got better.
Kathleen’s approach brings out the methodical side of me. I trusted her and found myself opening up with things that I hadn’t even told myself! Yet I just felt comfortable because Kathleen was non-judgmental, kind and genuinely made me feel that she really cared and was interested in my achievements. She challenged me and brought me back into alignment when needed and cheered me on, helping me acknowledge and celebrate those victories that I would not have otherwise.
I will definitely say without going overboard, that I am a better person as a result of being coached by Kathleen, She is awesome and I genuinely know she’s going to be ‘somebody’, watch out world."

"I have benefited greatly from my sessions with Kathleen. She helped me challenge my limiting beliefs and getting me to re-label them. One of the best questions that she used which I found really effective was ‘How is that belief serving you?’ Such a question, raised my awareness about the negative impact a belief was having on me which in itself was futile so prompting am opportunity to change it which I did do! Kathleen’s sessions were always thought-provoking. She posed questions that made me think about things and gave me the foundation to find solutions myself. Kathleen gave me the opportunity to talk freely and openly and in a non-judgmental environment."

"Although initially Kathleen and I agreed to work on improving my health and general well-being, it quickly became obvious that I had other priorities that I wanted to deal with before I move on to my health. My coach helped me improve my confidence at work (as I was returning after a longer break), plan my career (and as part of it looking at planning my week ahead), become more confident driver (going back to driving after 10-years’ break), but also become more active (while having two little kids) and achieve a healthier looking body (by looking at different habits I’ve had at the time).
Kathleen did an amazing job allowing me to change topics of our coaching sessions. She seemed very comfortable with it which allowed me to discuss my most important priorities, even if they changed from one session to the other. By focusing on certain elements of our discussion she succeeded in finding the solutions that were right for me, but often also found the connections between my different goals.
As a result of the coaching sessions with Kathleen I have changed some of my habits. I feel a lot more confident at work, and despite heavy workload and lots of changes, with the support of my coach I managed to keep the high level of enthusiasm and confidence. I’ve also improved my lifestyle by spending more active time outside and being more mindful in terms of my diet. Sessions with Kathleen were always very useful and each of them gave me some insights as to what else I could do on the subject.
Kathleen is a great coach and I will definitely reach out to her if I need any coaching support in the future!"

So proud of my clients, and so grateful to be part of the process.
It's amazing. Some people spend more time planning their holiday than they do their life. I know I did at one point! Thank you for doing the work and investing in yourself to design the life you want.
